Penne pasta tossed in a tomato and ground beef sauce topped with parmesan cheese

A caramelized onion and bacon quiche topped with gruyere cheese and served with asparagus and a tomato cream sauce

Fresh Burgundy Truffle Risotto
Herb and reggiano risotto with shaved fresh truffles

Grilled Wild King Salmon
Served with an herbed grain blend, a petite salad with roasted garlic vinaigrette, and cottage cheese

Carne Asada
Grilled mojo criollo marinated flank steak served on a flour tortilla with pico de gallo, avacado, and sour cream accompanied with cilantro roce

Tossed  Caprese Salad
Spring mix, fresh mozzarella, and artichokes tossed in a basil pesto vinaigrette topped with shaved reggiano, croutons, and cracked black pepper.
