Survey for Expanding the Hours in the
Fitness Center -
The request
has been made to expand the hours of the fitness center. The suggestion
has been made to go to a turn key system. Unfortunately, for the safety
of the members and the liability of your club, this is not an option at this
time. In an effort to balance desire and cost prudence, we are asking all
members to fill out this survey.
This survey will close on Wednesday, December 17th at 5:00PM.
Tot Spot Hours Extensions -
We had
responses to extend our drop off maximum hours to four from two. Unfortunately,
in order to do that, we would have to get licensed as a daycare facility which
would require us to expand the tot spot room, have a food preparation facility
and hire more staff. We are designed to be a babysitting facility for
short term visits.
However, another request was to expand the hours of tot
spot on Saturday from 9 am - 12 pm to 8 am - 2 pm and to be open on Sunday. We
have currently honored the 8 am requests on Saturday, with reservations on a
case by case basis. We will honor the longer hours on Saturday and Sunday
with a minimum of 48 hour reservation and a specialty reservation fee of $10
for the first child and $9 for the second child per hour.
