Nominees to the 2014-2015 Board of Governors

Dear Westborough Members,

Pursuant to Article III, Section VII of Westborough Country Club Byalws, the Nominating Committee has prepared a list of nominees for the upcoming election to the Board of Governors to be held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Membership scheduled for Friday, November 21, 2014.

There are four (4) vacancies for the three-year terms. According, the Nominating Committee presents the following candidates:

Mr. Mark Heffernan
Mr. Steve Dioneda
Mr. Brett Rufkahr
Mr. Jim Weber

Further nominations may be made by petition no later that October 12th containing signatures from no less than twenty (20) eligible voting Club Members. The number of candidates nominated in this fashion shall not exceed the number of vacancies on the Board of Governors. The petition should request that the named candidate be nominated, in addition to those proposed by the Nominating Committee, and must include the written consent of each nominee named.

The Nominating Committee is currently preparing a brochure profiling each candidate for the Board of Governors. This will be mailed under separate cover with the Notice of the Annual Meeting and will give you a brief background on each individual.
